In June 2015 the Central Highlands Regional Council worked with the GRT staff regarding the incorporation of the GRT7000 product as a polymer seal into unsealed pavements.
The team from GRT are professional and passionate and further patient, given that during these applications they were providing training to our staff on the incorporation of the product to different materials. With complements received from rural residents, GRT products have preformed beyond expectations and provided maintenance free pavements.

100% dry strength increase of base material can be achieved with as little as 0.5% of Polymer additive with UCS results ranging from 2 – 5.8Mpa
Indirect Tensile Strength 25% of UCS
Indirect tensile strength results of approximately 25% of UCS can be achieved from polymer treated base materials, were cement treated base materials will only achieve 4% of UCS at best.
Increased CBR by 65%
The CBR value of Sub base materials can be improved by at least 65%, to base course quality of greater than CBR 100%.
